Great company, great people.  I cannot praise Property Cleanout enough for its prompt response to my inquiry and completion of the project.  Zach did an outstanding job removing a collection of junk that had been left in the woods at the back of my property by the former owners as well as additional "treasures" left in my pole barn and adjacent tree line. Vince’s team just wrapped up my very challenging property clean out and I can’t say enough good things about them.  I needed to clear out a property including a house and absolutely packed pole barn.  My timeline was tight and not very flexible but that was not a problem.  They came to my site when promised to survey the property and had their proposal the next day.  When it was time for the real work, the onsite team led by Joe attacked it head on and refused to quit even as it became obvious that the pole barn was really tightly packed.  Well done. Absolutely recommend. Professional and kind throughout a very messy situation. Went above and beyond dealing with a Park that isn't responsive and a village office that's not the most helpful. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I cannot say enough about how incredibly awesome this company is! The company owner, Vince Dontje, provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Vince coordinated a buyer for many household items prior to the Property Cleanout.  The team arrived promptly as scheduled, were very respectful, professional and efficient. Many household items and furniture were donated to a charitable organization (with receipt) and tools/hardware were donated to a Veterans Association (also received an electronic "thank you" from the organization). No other company in the area offered this level of service and professionalism. The team also swept, vacuumed and blew the leaves out of the yard.
